Procasso NexGen Smart Client technology provides optimised user functionality, allowing you to create intelligent workflow structures and work via the Internet, or even in travel mode when not connected to a network.

PRocasso NexGen Smart Client combines the advantages of a Windows application with those of an ordinary web browser. The smart client has a wide range of functions, fully equipped with hotkeys, symbols, shortcuts and practical display of information, while being just as resource-saving as an ordinary web browser.

Procasso NexGen Smart Client is upgraded automatically through the Internet when new versions are released. This saves work and administration internally in your organisation.

Procasso NexGen Smart Client communicates with Procasso NexGen Server by means of XML Web Services. The client enables the local retrieval and storage of case data (travel mode). A case handler can store selected cases on a laptop computer, and after the work is completed cases are sent back to the server for updating and further processing.

Procasso NexGen Security Framework comprises a complete platform for efficient security and traceability functions. This enables you, as the collector, to satisfy both the ICT regulations applicable to the industry and the relevant conditions imposed by the EU through the Basel II Accord. Hence you have full control over all customer relationships, case handling and cash flow.

The solution is based on a role and zone based security system. You define who is to have access to what, right down to field level. Only authorised personnel in the various roles have access to the selected functions and data. This limits the access of users to what they need.

Procasso XML Web Services
simplifying collaboration with your customers

The cutting-edge debt collection solution uses XML Web Services as the foundation of all communication between systems. This provides faster, better ad cheaper integration between systems.

Procasso XML Web Services enable another system to send a request to Procasso, while Procasso returns a response to the query in the same format after handling the message. The same principle applies in the reverse direction, with Procasso sending a query to another system and then receiving a response in the same format (XML).

An example of this type of online collaboration between systems could be as follows:

•  Creditor's financial system requests the status of collection cases for a particular customer through the XML interface

•  Procasso receives the request and retrieves the status of invoices and cases for specified debtor

•  Procasso requests additional information from a Credit Information Supplier

•  Procasso sends a return XML message containing details of the requested invoices and collection cases, together with a balance and status, as well as credit rating and key figures issued by the Credit Information Supplier

•  The information is immediately presented to the user in the client's own financial system, seamlessly integrated wit any other relevant data already in the system.

Also in cases where Procasso's internal services interact, Procasso XML Web Services are also used to exchange messages when Procasso's internal services interact, for example when the Procasso client retrieves case data or sends an updated case back to the server. Procasso NexGen Security Framework authorises all data access.
